Evening Poster Session with Wine
The exhibition will also be
open during the evening poster session provisionally scheduled for 5 – 6
p.m. on the first day of the conference. Wine and soft drinks will be
served in the exhibition area during this session. |
Exhibition location
The exhibition will be located, together with posters, lunch and refreshments, in the reception area directly below the Lecture Theatre.

Exhibition timetable
The trade exhibition will be open during the coffee and registration at the start of the first day, during the lunch / poster break on both days and during the coffee breaks on both days. The exhibition will also be open during the evening poster session provisionally scheduled for 5 – 6 p.m. on the first day of the conference. Session chairmen will be given strict instructions not to allow sessions to overrun so as not to encroach on exhibition / poster sessions.
